Please note that due to limited availability, cancellations will not be accepted.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
It’s my goal to make sure that every client is 100% happy with their artwork purchase. In an effort to always keep clients happy, please contact me immediately upon delivery, should there be any issue with your new painting.
If for some reason, you are not happy with your painting or print, you may return it to me within 7 days of shipment receipt for an exchange, voucher, or a full refund. Refunds / exchanges will be issued once the artwork is received back to the studio, is inspected, and is seen to be in the same pristine condition that it was in when it departed the studio. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Please note that this does not apply to custom/personalised artwork.
I do not accept cancellations, exchanges or returns on personalised / custom paintings and drawings. Custom made personalised artwork is non-refundable.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
• Custom or personalised orders
• Perishable products (like food or flowers)
• Digital downloads
• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

DELIVERY
Equanimity Art by Mariza Halliday is not responsible for orders that have been lost or stolen once delivery has been verified and confirmed through shipping carrier tracking (registered post). Please contact me within 24 hours if your delivery arrives broken or damaged.

PERSONALISED / CUSTOM ARTWORK (VERY IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ)
Please note that you are paying for my artistic expression of the reference photo you provide. Please familiarise yourself with my work so that you know exactly what to expect.
Please send me 5-12 photographs of the house, venue or dress you would like me to paint. If a viewpoint / angle is not specified, I will select the best angle to create the painting from myself.
The higher the quality of the images supplied the better the portrait created.
Wedding Dress / Suit / Fashion Illustrations: Each of my original dress portraits is a traditional fashion drawing with a high level of stylization. Traditional fashion drawing features such as an extended form and a smaller waist are captured in this technique. They are not realistic portraits, but rather representational images that interpret the photographs provided. Unless otherwise asked, all illustrations will follow my distinctive fashion illustration proportions, regardless of the size of each individual bride. Looking at my social media and the image gallery in the online shop reveals a pattern, and this is what to expect with each order.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
USE OF PAINTINGS / ILLUSTRATIONS
Mariza Halliday / Equanimity Art reserves the right to use an image of each completed illustration or painting for self-promotion through the official website, social media or printed material. No photographs of customers or their full names will be used without permission sought. I will always be sensitive to wait until each order has been received by the desired recipient. Testimonials will always be welcomed!
