It’s my goal to make sure that every client is 100% happy with their artwork purchase. In an effort to always keep clients happy, please contact me immediately upon delivery, should there be any issue with your new painting.
I do not accept cancellations, exchanges or returns on personalised / custom paintings and drawings. Custom made personalised artwork is non-refundable.
Equanimity Art by Mariza Halliday is not responsible for orders that have been lost or stolen once delivery has been verified and confirmed through shipping carrier tracking (registered post). Please contact me within 24 hours if your delivery arrives broken or damaged.
PERSONALISED / CUSTOM ARTWORK (VERY IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ)
Please note that you are paying for my artistic expression of the reference photo you provide. Please familiarise yourself with my work so that you know exactly what to expect.
Please send me 5-12 photographs of the dress you would like me to paint that highlights the details, style and length. Please include back and side views if relevant.
The higher the quality of the images supplied the better the portrait created.
Very important: Each of my original dress portraits is a traditional fashion drawing with a high level of stylization. Traditional fashion drawing features such as an extended form and a smaller waist are captured in this technique. They are not realistic portraits, but rather representational images that interpret the photographs provided. Unless otherwise asked, all illustrations will follow my distinctive fashion illustration proportions, regardless of the size of each individual bride. Looking at my social media and the image gallery in the online shop reveals a pattern, and this is what to expect with each order.
USE OF PAINTINGS / ILLUSTRATIONS
Mariza Halliday / Equanimity Art reserves the right to use an image of each completed illustration or painting for self-promotion through the official website, social media or printed material. No photographs of customers or their full names will be used without permission sought. I will always be sensitive to wait until each order has been received by the desired recipient. Testimonials will always be welcomed!
